Technical Advisor vacancy

15th June 2006 - Position of Technical Advisor currently available at Safeguard, Horsham based manufacturer and distributor of damp-proofing and waterproofing products for the construction industry.

The successful applicant will report to the Technical Manager. Duties will include forming part of the technical helpline support, answering technical email enquiries and developing and maintaining product datasheets and specifications.

The applicant should be highly motivated and able to use their own initiative, as well as enthusiastic and quick to learn. An ability to plan and organise efficiently along with a confident telephone manner are also preferable. A background in the construction industry (especially damp/timber/waterproofing) or experience of construction materials would be an advantage.

Full product training will be provided, and salary is commensurate with experience.
